Better Options for MidLife Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia

It never fails. Each day I wake up to severe pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. I have to push myself to get up and move because the pain tends to lessen as I get moving, though it never completely goes away. In fact, some days I can barely move at all and my neck is too stiff to move.  My shoulders have been the most painful for the past few months and cortisone shots are painful and don’t last.
